Better Air Quality in Lyon

The air quality improved in 2018! This is at least the statement of the air quality monitoring institute ATMO Auvergne Rhône-Alpes. Indeed, regarding the numerous pollution peaks that affected Lyon in 2016 and 2017, the city registered only 3 alert days over the winter 2018. The renewal of the vehicle fleet and the foreseen measures of the prefectural system are quoted among the reasons given for this improvement.
